In Person/By Post

Patients can request repeat prescriptions In Person and By Post, view the guidance below on how to correctly order your repeats. Please note If you are ordering appliances (ie: colostomy bags, catheters etc) please write the reference number alongside the required items. ‍

Repeat orders can be placed in person at the surgery, simply give reception the right-hand slip from your previous prescription and tick the correct boxes to re-order.

Repeat orders can be placed via post simply post the right-hand slip from your previous prescription and tick the correct boxes to re-order. Please note the repeat order must be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope.‍
