What to do when we are closed

Our normal opening hours are 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Telephone lines close at 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. After this time your call will be diverted to the Out of Hours Service.

If you require urgent care that cannot wait until the surgery is open please ring NHS 111, this number is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help people access the health care and advice they need wherever they are and no matter what time of day it is.

Please be ready to give the details of the patient, what the problem is and directions to the address. Please be aware that this line can sometimes be very busy but your call will always be answered. The NHS 111 line is free from landlines and mobile phones in the UK.

If you feel your problem is an emergency then you may wish to call 999. Please note that calls to the emergency service are recorded. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
