View Medical Record via SystmOnline

Patients can view their medical record using SystmOnline, to view your medical record via SystmOnline click the View Medical Record link on the Patient Record page.

View Medical Record via The NHS App

Patients can view their medical record using the NHS App, by clicking the ‘Get Started’ button below. Once you’ve logged in/registered you should notice 5 icons at the bottom, you need to click ‘Your Health Icon’ then click ‘GP Health Record’.
